Eric Fairchild, Co-Founder
Before founding Lancaster Gaming Go., Fairchild worked as the acquisition manager for Land in Front Games LLC, in charge of acquiring new game products to fill the Lancaster warehouse for distribution. They coordinated with dozens of clients across the globe on a daily basis, making sure inventory reached the warehouse docks in a professional manner. Land in Front Games LLC was (and is) able to supply hundreds of orders a day across the nation because of this work. Fairchild now brings this expertise to The Lancaster Gaming Co.
Matthew Unterman PhD, Co-Founder
Dr. Unterman has over a decade of start-up and business experience. He is the founder of Land in Front Games LLC, the springboard for The Lancaster Gaming Co. Prior to starting LIFG, Dr. Unterman founded an Energy Trading firm which was sold in 2017. Switching into the Hobby industry, Matthew formed Land in Front Games LLC. LIFG experienced heavy growth in it's first two years, reaching over $1M in gross revenue. Now, Land in Front Games LLC has several locations and a warehouse in Lancaster, PA, shipping hundreds of orders a day to clients across the nation. Matthew brings this expertise to The Lancaster Gaming Co. and is ready to distribute new products, created in-house, to the market.
